• Check-in time is after 2.00 pm subject to room availability.

• Check-out time is before 12.00 noon and check-out after 12.00 noon is permitted subject to additional room charges and availability. All guests are requested to return the key cards to the reception counter upon check-out.

• Rooms will only be reserved for you subject to full payment in advance.

• Children under 18 years old must be accompanied by at least an adult above 18 years of age.

• Baby cot is provided free of charge and extra bed is chargeable at RM40.00 per night subject to availability.

• Room cancellation is not permitted if made within 3 days prior to check-in.
